These terms apply to your use of gi.digital (the "website"), operated by GI Digital, Inc., 535 Fifth Avenue, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10017 ("GI Digital", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. No medical advice

GI Digital provides workflow software, AI tools, logistics, and support services for capsule endoscopy. GI Digital is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information on the website is general and does not replace a consultation with a qualified clinician. Using the website does not create a doctor-patient relationship with GI Digital.

3. The patient pathway

GI Digital, Inc. operates strictly as a technology provider and Management Services Organization (MSO) offering administrative, software, and logistical support services to independent, physician-owned professional entities ("Partner Practices"). GI Digital does not engage in the practice of medicine, does not employ licensed clinicians to treat patients, and exercises no control over the independent professional medical judgment of the Partner Practices.

The eligibility check on the website is general information to help you decide whether to request a consultation. It is not a medical assessment, and its result does not mean that a test is right for you.

Patient consultation requests submitted through the website are transmitted securely to an independent Partner Practice. Consultations, decisions about testing, test orders, interpretation of results, and follow-up care are provided solely by independent clinicians licensed in your state. Their own terms, consent forms, and privacy notices apply to that care. Availability depends on your state, the clinician's judgment, and other factors. We do not guarantee that a consultation will be offered or that a test will be ordered. Costs, insurance coverage, and payment are explained by the clinician's practice before anything is ordered.

4. Information for healthcare providers

Descriptions of our platform, AI tools, and services are general. Features, availability, and regulatory status vary by country and change over time. Specific terms are agreed in a written contract.

The AI tools described on the website create a complementary pre-read view of a capsule study. They do not make diagnostic decisions. The responsible clinician evaluates the whole study and completes and signs the final report. Study results and figures are as reported in the cited publications or by study sponsors. Modeled examples, such as staff time per case, are illustrations and not guarantees.

5. Investor information

Information about GI Digital's business and future plans is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. Statements about plans, growth, and future results are forward-looking; actual results may differ materially.

6. Using the website

You may view, download, and print materials from the website for your own information, or for internal, non-commercial use within your organization, provided you keep all copyright and other notices. The website links to other websites, such as research publications, partners, and our secure intake forms, for your convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Disclaimer

Medical liability arising from clinical care remains the sole responsibility of the treating clinician and Partner Practice.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GI Digital against claims, losses, and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless the law of your place of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
